1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.
2. Beat butter(3/4 cups), white sugar(3/4 cups), and packed light(3/4 cups) brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Beat in large eggs(2) and vanilla extract(1 tsp) until fluffy.
3. Stir together all purpose flour(1.33 cups), baking soda(1 tsp), ground cinnamon(3/4 tsp), and salt(1/2 tsp). Gradually beat into the butter mixture. Stir in rolled oats(2.75 cups) and raisins(1 cup). Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto the prepared cookie sheets.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, switching racks halfway through. Remove from the oven and let sit on the cookie sheets for 1 to 2 minutes before transferring cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
